Shipping Options

Order Information:

• Shipping costs depend upon the method and option you choose. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the shipping options you choose.
• Expedited (Next Day and 2-Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will ship within 2 business days.
• All other orders will ship according to the availability stated on the product page (typically 3 business days).
• If you need an estimated delivery date for your order or want to know the status of your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Unfortunately we do not have online order tracking at this time.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns and Exchanges

The Wolf Science Store offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
